Getting matched
A participating taxi company takes responsibility for the trip and assigns one of its drivers and vehicles.
Know who is picking you up
Before you get in, you can see the taxi company, the driver's name and the vehicle details for your trip.
Follow your ride
Ride updates appear in plain language, from driver on the way through to arrival at your destination.
Receipts you can keep
Each completed ride is saved to your trip history with the date, route, taxi company, fare and Trip ID.
Accessibility
Tell us what you need — a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, extra boarding time, text instead of a call — and only what is needed for the ride is shared with your driver.
Your account, your control
You can review your trips, export your data and delete your account from inside the app.
