You know who is picking you up
The taxi company, driver and vehicle assigned to your trip are shown before pickup, so you can check before getting in.
Licensed local operators
Rides are provided by licensed local taxi companies. PickYou does not own vehicles or employ drivers.
A ride that follows clear steps
A trip moves through defined stages — requested, assigned, on the way, arrived, on board, complete — and each change is recorded.
Location only when it is needed
Driver location is shared during an active trip and stops when the trip ends.
Share your trip
You can share a trip link with someone you trust so they can follow your ride while it is happening.
Your account stays yours
Riders, drivers, taxi companies and PickYou staff each see only what their role requires.
A record for every ride
Each trip keeps a permanent Trip ID and history, which is what a question, a complaint or a refund is resolved against.
Accessibility
Accessibility needs travel with the ride request, and the app is built to work with larger text, high contrast and screen readers.
In an emergency
If you are in danger or need urgent help, call 911 first. PickYou is not an emergency service.
Reporting a problem
Concerns about a specific ride are handled with the taxi company named on the trip — quote your Trip ID, which appears on the receipt in your trip history.
